1. How does the camera measurement work?

Taille AI uses your iPhone's camera and Apple's advanced ARKit technology to analyze and map out physical points on a pair of reference jeans that you already wear. It measures the waist, hip, and thigh proportions to calculate your custom size without needing a standard tape measure.

2. Is my video or photo data saved on a server?

No. Your privacy is our priority. The camera feed is processed strictly in real-time, locally on your device. We do not record, snapshot, or send any visual media to our servers. Only the final computed text measurements (in numbers) are sent to generate your recommendation profile.

3. Why am I seeing a “No Measurements Found” screen?

This typically occurs if you haven't completed the 3-step measurement flow using the app yet, or if your session ID has refreshed. Try re-scanning the QR code on the Nelle Atelier product page and complete the configuration quiz to reactivate your custom product grid.
